    1. How do I register for Eternity Care?

    You don’t need to register or fill out anything. Your Eternity Care protection starts automatically from the moment you receive your case. There are no extra steps, no activation process, and no hidden conditions — we keep it effortless and hassle-free for you.

    Simply visit the “Eternity Care” section on our website and click on the claim link. A short form will open where you can answer a few basic questions and upload photos of the damaged case.
    Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you will receive a link to pay a small ₹49 shipping fee. After that, you can easily place your replacement order.
    The entire process is designed to be quick, smooth, and customer-friendly.

    Eternity Care covers accidental breakage of the glass back case caused during normal daily use — such as minor drops, slips, or impact cracks.
    However, damages caused by intentional bending, burns, chemical exposure, or misuse may not be covered. Every claim is verified fairly to ensure protection for genuine customers.

    Eternity Care is valid for 60 days from the date you receive your product. The coverage begins automatically upon delivery and protects your case throughout this period.
    Please note that replacement products are not covered under additional warranty — the Eternity Care applies only to the original case purchased.

    Yes, you can select any available design for your replacement, depending on stock availability. We want you to enjoy flexibility and choose a design you truly love.
    If a particular design is unavailable, our team will help you pick the closest alternative.
