At Eternity, we stand by the quality of our products. Every glass case comes with Eternity Care, our limited replacement guarantee that ensures your peace of mind.

Guarantee Coverage

Eternity Care covers:
One-time free replacement if your Eternity glass case breaks, cracks, or shatters under normal usage conditions. Coverage is valid for 60 days (2 months) from the date of delivery.

What’s Not Covered

Eternity Care does not cover:
Intentional damage, misuse, or modification of the product. Scratches, minor marks, or normal wear and tear. Damage caused during installation or removal of the case. Lost or stolen products. Orders purchased from unauthorized sellers or marketplaces.

Replacement Process

To claim your guarantee:
1. Fill out the Eternity Care Claim Form (linked on this page).
2. Upload a clear photo of the damaged product and your order invoice.
3. Pay a small Standard shipping charges of ₹49 within India.
4. Our team will verify your claim within 3–5 business days and dispatch your replacement once approved.

Claim Validity

Each order is eligible for only one replacement under Eternity Care. Replacement products are not covered under any guarantee or warranty. (Only the original purchased product is covered as per the stated guarantee period.)

Verification Rights

Eternity reserves the right to:
Approve or reject any claim that doesn’t meet the above conditions. Request additional photos or videos for verification before approval. Update or modify these terms without prior notice.
